Keynote speaker will be Senator Morgan LaMantia; Master of Ceremonies will be Marcy Martinez. Honorees include Connie and Juan Salas, and Frank Boggus, Rotarian of the Century (posthumous award). Description: Included with your ticket to the State of the City: Hors d’oeuvres from local businesses, beverages during the social hour, dinner, coffee and dessert, and best of all comradery and networking within our community.
