Second IHOP Location for Harlingen

Per the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website , Harlingen is getting a second IHOP Restaurant at 1204 N. Ed Carey Drive. The restaurant will be a new, 4,555-square-foot, one-story, free-standing building. As of September 2021, construction has begun. The project was initially estimated to be completed by early December but will likely be pushed out a few months after starting four months late. UPDATE: IHOP opened in early January 2022.
