Harlingen's First Food Truck Park

UPDATE: Grand opening is March 25, 2022. Harlingen is excited to welcome its first food truck park, The Moon Rock Food Truck Park & Bar. Christian Zanca, owner of The Moon Rock, is also the co-owner of a food truck park in Brownsville called The Broken Sprocket, and is proud to bring a similar concept to his hometown. The Moon Rock features an indoor/outdoor bar setting with eight food trucks, a half-court for basketball, sand volleyball courts, and a 1/4 acre dog park. The indoor bar, which serves beer, wine, and liquor, has space for a DJ while the outdoor setup has a huge stage for live music. To play basketball or volleyball, just ask the bar staff and they will provide you with equipment. Food trucks available at the opening on March 25 are: Estilo Isla, Holy Smokes BBQ, Black Brew Coffee, The Melt, Piccola Italia, La Papa Loca, Toxic Tacos, and Cocina de Carnival. Patrons can enjoy karaoke on Wednesdays, live music Thursdays through Sundays, and special events on Sundays. Other family-friendly activities include horseshoe pits and cornhole. Kids welcome nightly through 10 pm. The Moon Rock is located at 1811 W. Jefferson Ave. in Harlingen. Hours of operation are Wednesday through Saturday, 6 pm to 2 am, and Sunday, 6 pm to midnight. Closed Monday and Tuesday. The Moon Rock on Facebook The Moon Rock on Instagram Email The Moon Rock
